Barona Beach is a multi-use development with a mix of permanent residents living there year-round, as well as many units being available for rent in the summer season on a weekly and / or nightly basis.   • Who can I contact about booking a vacation rental at Barona?
    There are several ways to book a rental unit at Barona Beach:

    b) Indidually listed by the owner on websites such as Homeaway, Ownerdirect, AirBNB, Rentbyowner and VBRO



  • Is there a resort consierge or resort manager on site to answer any questions I may have after my arrival?
    Barona Beach is not managed by a hospitality company, therefore there is no resort manager on site and no point of contact working in the front lobby. Your questions should always be directed to the person whom you rented the unit from.



  • Are visitors allowed if I am renting a vacation unit?
    This is at the total discrection of the person you rent the unit from. All owner rules shoud be posted in their rental listing.



  • Where is the parking?
    You will be designated parking with the unit your rent, depending on the unit, some come with 1 or 2 stalls. Confirm with who you rented from. Parking garages are only accesible with a FAAB that you are required to get from the person you rented from on your arrival. There are very limited visitor parking spaces on site. There is public overflow parking on the street leading into Barona Beach (Pritchard Drive)



  • Is there garbage and recycling on site?
    Garbage / Recycle bins are located at the furthest point when you drive into the development. Please help keep our grounds clean by disposing of your garbage and recycling property.



  • Am I able to reserve the pool or event room for a birthday party or family event?
    The Pool Deck is NOT available for reservations. Seating is first come first serve on a daily basis for the pool area and vacationers are not allowed to gold a series of tables and / or chairs in order to hold an improptu party or event. There is a room available for reservation in the main building by the lobby and can be reserved for small events and family gatherings within the hours of 10am – 9pm, certian restrictions, rental rules and fees may apply.   • What time does the pool open?
    The pool is open from 7am to 10pm daily. Please note the pool closes IMMEDIATELY at 10pm, escorted by on-site security.



  • What are the pool rules?
    Pool rules are displayed in the pool area and include such things as no running, jumping or diving in the pool deck area. Children under 5 years old are NOT allowed in the hot tub without an adult. These rules are strongly enforced and if observed not followed, you may be approached by an owner or other renter to cease doing so. *** THERE IS NO LIFEGAURD ON SITE SO PARENTS MUST ACCOMPANY ALL CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS AT ALL TIMES IN THE POOL AREA ***



  • Is the beach area public or private?
    The public is entitled access to all beaches



  • Can I park my boat there?
    If your unit is rented with a boat slip you may coordinate your boat with the person you rented from. Barona Beach boat slips are all privately owned therefore vacation renters and the public are not able to use boat slips without permission and boats are not able to be tied up to Barona Beach docks. Boat cannot be parked in the underground parkade and there is no additional boat parking on site. Public boats launches are nearby.



  • Other rules?
    No smoking on patios, pool or common property areas. No pets allowed for weekly / nightly renters. Saving of pool chairs / tables is strictly prohibited. Any observing of people damaging common property such as the docks, equipment on the pool deck or family room will be subject to immediate fines.
